The company VETIKA, ranked in the top 10 for best ECO-ENERGY dealer in the DOMUS AWARDS 2023, tells us about its success story with its customer in Belgium.
The client offers dry cleaning and laundry services. This business had washing machines and dryers of another brand. In 2017, Domus sold them a DTP-36 S steam dryer, a machine that has been working perfectly and efficiently for years.
Due to the rising costs of energy, water and chemicals in recent years in Belgium, the customer was looking for other machines and innovative solutions that could save a lot of money in the long run and work more efficiently.

The machines chosen by our customer where the following
- Existing DTP-36 S (machine already purchased in 2017, but decided to keep this dryer for now, as it is still working well).
- Washer DHS-11 E with plinth for better ergonomics and dryer DTT-11 ECO-ENERGY E, both electric also to be able to continue working when the central steam generator is not running.
- 2 new DHS-22 S steam washers with plinths for better ergonomics, with automatic weighing system in the feet for water consumption and dosing according to the load.
- 2 ECOTANK units of 3 tanks each,
- 1 new DTT-35 S ECO-ENERGY steam dryer.
What did they prioritise?
Saving energy, water and chemicals.
The customer is preparing internet connections near the machines so that we can connect them all to IoT, as he is very interested in the advantages and also in the remote service that comes standard and free of charge from DOMUS machinery. This will allow him to control the machinery and the business with a lot of data, analytics and graphics.
